Amazing customer service from Duncan .....

When trying to open one of the bottles of wine that I had ordered from Majestic the cork just crumbled making it impossible to remove.I emailed customer service on Sunday evening and received a reply from Duncan first thing Monday morning asking for more details of my order, which I supplied. By 10am he had located my order and had processed a refund for this bottle.I am extremely impressed with the high quality of customer service and will certainly continue ordering from Majestic and will recommend them to my friends.

Delayed delivery

Awaiting a box of wine, which was delayed. The person who I spoke to at customer service dealt with it very swiftly and professional and said she would ad a free bottle to the box for the inconvenience caused. As always, very impressed with the service by Majestic despite the delay (which was explained to me).

Online ordering generally good

Online ordering generally good. Not sure why deliveries are sometimes split into multiple deliveries. And it would be nice to see more coordination between the central warehouse and my local store.

Local and dedicated

My local Majestic in Devizes is great for exploration but the best bit is ordering online in these difficult times. Always a courteous call to acknowledge order and give a delivery day and the a call the moment it has been delivered to a safe place I have complete confidence in them.

I love choosing wine at my local…

I love choosing wine at my local Majestic store in Ilkley. The staff are patient, knowledgeable and help me buy beautiful wine within my budget.

Fab customer service!

Perfect timing! Ordered at 1pm, arrived at 5pm! Fantastic customer service also on line. I made a mistake while ordering, wrote an email and after 5 minutes had a prompt reply and everything has been solved. Gorgeous wine, too! ;-)

Delivery takes far too long

Delivery takes far too long. (Especially in the recent:current climate when online suppliers have seriously improved their speed of delivery and service). Disappointed and will not order from them again.

Shambolic customer services

I've been a Majestic customer for many years, and until recently have rated them highly. My view has changed however due to their shambolic customer services when things go wrong. I placed an order and paid extra for a specific delivery date, which I selected on their website..it was a birthday present. The only indication I got that the delivery had not arrived when they had promised, was an email some days after the date in question saying that one of the wines I had selected was out of stock, so they would not be able to deliver this one. This was a week after the alloted date! I emailed and called, and was told it would be looked into. The delivery eventually arrived 3 weeks after the date which I had paid for it to be delivered on. My experience has been that emails are responded to days later, and no offer to compensate for the let down has been offered. The most recent email I received about it, informed me that my order had been delivered on a certain date (10 days late)....which actually, on further investigation, was the date it had arrived at their local branch, who had just sat on it! A great shame, but I will not be using Majestic again.
